CUBBON PARK
    Cubbon park is one of the most famous park in Bangalore. It is located in hot of the city at Central administrative area. It cover an area of 100 acres and repeated expansion action taken at cubbon park followed by government now it about 300 acres. Cubbon park is also called as Sri Chamarajendra park. Cubbon park originally created at the year of 1870s by general Richard Sankey was the British chief engineer of Mysore state.

Cubbon park have lots of places to visit and enjoy with their families and loved one because Cubbon park have the capacity of 300 acres.
The access of the cubbon park is pretty easy from MG road ,Kasturba road Hudson circle and Ambedkar veedhi.

1. Government Aquarium :
 One of the most popular attractive place in cubbon park aquarium it is mostly called as Bangalore aquarium. This aquarium was established at the year of 1983 , the aquarium located at the entrance of cubbon park in Bangalore .The administration of aquarium is maintained by Karnataka state government department of fisheries. The aquarium has variety of ornamental fish on display.

The basic entry is 10 rupees per head.
Timings : 10am- 5.30 pm

2. Central library at cubbon park.
  The central library was built at the year of 1908 in the memory of sir Seshadri iyer.it was a public library it have the book count of more than 3 lakhs books inside the library. It was very useful to every book readers and students. The person who things to spend the valuable Times and enrich the knowledge ,they can use the library and develop your knowledge.

Fee: free of cost 
Timings: 8.30am -7.30 pm

3.Government museum :
 It was one of the oldest museums in India  and the museum located at cubbon park have the remarkable treasure trove of archaeological items such as stone carvings, poetry ,painting ,coins and inscriptions. The Government museum have the annual footage of 90000 visitors.

Fee: 10 per adult and 5 for kids.
Visiting time : 10am to 5 pm.

4. Toy Train ride:
 The kids and the family members thinks to enjoy your time in cubbon park then it will one of the best place for time spent.there will be a train called putani express it ran for 10-20 minutes surrounding the park between the greenish trees. it will cover the distance of 1.25 kilometre in 8 to 20 minutes.


Fee :10 for children and 30 for adults.
Timings: 10 am to 5.30 pm.

5. The Weekend dog park : 
  As of now cubbon park allows the pets inside of the park and can interact play with their pets. There is also a seating arrangement in that Park to relax and separate water pots for pets. The park is most suitable for Sunday , at the day we  can see lots of breeds on that day. The perfect weekend for every pet lovers.
Timings: 6 am to 6 pm.
